Your product is sealed before it leaves your hands — and stays sealed until it's back in them.
The entire RAD-C process is designed around one principle: nobody touches, opens, or compresses your product but you. Here's exactly what happens, start to finish.
-
Contact RAD-C
Call 315-217-1102 or request a quote. We'll confirm your product type, quantity, packaging, testing status, and set a schedule — and talk through your SOPs and goals so treatment fits the way you already operate. If you're working against a failed COA, tell us — timing matters.
-
We supply the containment kit
RAD-C provides fitted bags sized to protect your product, plus labels and zip ties. Fitted bags mean no loose product shifting or crushing in transit or treatment.
-
You pack, label & seal
Your team packs the product into the bags, applies the labels, and ties them off. Already-packaged retail product can often skip the bags entirely and go straight into the canister — no glass or metal packaging; Mylar and plastic tubes are fine.
-
Drop-off: canister sealed on site
At intake, your sealed bags are placed into a RAD-C canister and the canister is sealed on site — before it goes anywhere. What you watched get sealed is what gets treated. Pricing is by the canister rather than by weight, so a full canister gives you the best value.
-
Clean-room custody
Sealed canisters are held in our prefabricated clean room, used only for processing and canister storage, climate-controlled at 69°F or below year-round.
-
X-ray treatment — in the sealed canister
The canister goes into the Rad Source 420XL and high-energy photons treat the product through the packaging. Non-thermal, chemical-free, no-touch. More on the technology →
-
Pickup: canister reopened with you
The canister is reopened at pickup. Your product comes back in the same sealed bags your team packed — never opened, never handled, never compressed.
Every touch is a risk you don't need.
No recontamination vector
Product treated and returned in its sealed containment can't pick up new contamination from handling between treatment and pickup.
No physical damage
Trichomes, structure, and bag appeal survive because nothing squeezes, pours, tumbles, or re-bags your flower.
Clean accountability
Sealed at your drop-off, opened at your pickup — a chain of custody that's simple to document and easy to trust.
